Description:
At 508 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles south of Elgin to 4 miles east of Morrison,
moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 458 AM CDT, 60 to 70 mph winds
and nickel sized hail were reported in Burbank. The Burbank
mesonet also gusted to 61 mph.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
