Description:
At 558 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Johnsonville to 7 miles north of Trio to near
Saint Stephen, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Andrews, Hemingway, Outland, Rhems, Trio, Warsaw, Earle, Morrisville,
Nesmith, Henry, Indiantown, and Stuckey.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
