Description:
At 731 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of
Medicine Lake, or 27 miles south of Martin, moving west at 5 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...At 627 PM MDT, storm chasers reported quarter sized hail 9
miles southeast of Merriman.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Medicine Lake and Highway 61 Crossing The Niobrara River.
This includes Highway 61 between mile markers 212 and 218.
