A Silver Alert has been issued for the city of Phoenix. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for Eulalia Mary Valenzuela. Eulalia Mary Valenzuela was last seen on April 30, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the area of North 32nd Street and East Roosevelt Street. Eulalia suffers from a medical condition which may cause her to become lost or easily confused. She was last seen wearing a White T-Shirt, and Denim Levi Shorts.
