At 100 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Middle River to Greenbury Point to near Herring
Bay, moving east at 40 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.
SOURCE...Observed wind gust of 36 knots at BWI Airport.
IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
