* At 350 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 11 nm southeast of Oostburg to 19 nm east of Wind
Point, moving northeast at 45 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
