extending from near Hot Dog Area Off Virginia Beach to near Horseshoe
to 14 nm northwest of South Tower, moving east at 25 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
