* Until 945 AM CDT.
* At 849 AM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of
producing waterspouts was located over Tabs Buoy B, moving
northeast at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 35 to 45 knots. Locally up to
50 knots.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Offatts Bayou, Galveston 221, Galveston 282, San Luis Pass,

Bay.
