Description:
At 134 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Huntland, or 11 miles south of Lynchburg, moving north at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lexie Crossroads, Mulberry, Estill Springs, Harmony, Huntland,
Hurdlow, Lois, Lynchburg, Maxwell, and Booneville.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
