Description:
At 424 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
South Berwick, or near Kittery, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
South Berwick, York, Ogunquit, Biddeford, Eliot, Kennebunk,
Kennebunkport, Wells, Arundel, Kittery, Newington, Berwick, North
Berwick, and Saco.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

southwestern Maine...and southern and central New Hampshire.
