Description:
At 307 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles northeast of Lemhi, or 21 miles southeast of Salmon, moving
north at 25 mph. Additional shower and thunderstorm development was
occurring across much of Beaverhead county, primarily west of I-15.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail with stronger
cells and occasional lightning, brief rainfall and gusty
winds near any thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Alder, Dell, Grant, Bannack Pass, Melrose, Dillon, Bannack, Virginia
City, Laurin, Jackson, Waterloo, Glen, Sheridan, Wisdom, Silver Star,
Twin Bridges, Beaverhead Rock State Park, Polaris, Lima, and Clark
Canyon.
