Description:
At 358 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles southwest of Bozeman, moving north at 15 mph. Additional
thunderstorm development was occurring across much of the Gallatin
and Madison mountain ranges.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea-sized hail with stronger
cells and occasional lightning, brief rainfall and gusty
winds near any thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Belgrade, Big Sky, Logan, Amsterdam, Four Corners, Bozeman Hot
Springs, Gallatin Gateway, Church Hill, Bozeman, Menard, and
Manhattan.
