North winds gusting up to 50 mph will lead to areas of blowing dust across western North Dakota today, especially in Williams, McKenzie, Golden Valley, and Billings counties. Blowing dust will reduce visibility to one mile or less at times. Winds along with the blowing dust are forecast to diminish this evening. Increased chances for afternoon and evening showers may also help diminish blowing dust later today. Be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities and use extra caution while driving in these areas.
