Description:
At 515 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Studley to Laurel. Movement was northeast
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail, and heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible.

EDT.
Randolph Macon College and Hanover around 530 PM EDT.
Mangohick around 535 PM EDT.
Dawn and Kings Dominion around 540 PM EDT.
Beulahville around 545 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Enfield, Central
Garage, Owenton, Hanover Airport, Gum Tree, Upshaw, Doswell, Elmont,
Etna Mills, and Longdale.
