At 1023 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Hunt, or 13 miles northwest of Medina, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Camp Verde, Cain City, Tivydale, Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Old Tunnel State Park, Waltonia, Harper, Bankersmith, Sisterdale, Cypress Creek, Mountain Home, Center Point, Waring, Grapetown, and Kerr Wildlife Management Area.
