Description:
At 828 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Jackson to 7 miles west of Baker to near
Grosse Tete. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Westminster, Plaquemine, Greensburg, Brusly, Geismar, Erwinville,
Rosedale, Watson, Darlington, Jackson, Ramah, Pride, Baker, Bayou
Sorrel, Shenandoah, Greenwell Spring, Old Jefferson, Grosse Tete,
Baton Rouge, and Merrydale.
This includes the following Interstates...
Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 130 and 176.
Interstate 12 between mile markers 1 and 21.
Interstate 110 in Louisiana between mile markers 1 and 8.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana.
