Description:
At 206 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ranchitos Las Lomas, or 13 miles east of Laredo, moving east at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Laredo, Texas A&M, Laredo International Airport, Ranchitos Las Lomas,
Unitec Industrial Park, Doctors Hospital Of Laredo, Laredo Country
Club, and United South High School.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 35 between mile markers 11 and 13.
US Highway 59 between mile markers 796 and 824.
