Description:
At 841 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Reserve to Taft. Movement was northeast at
40 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and torrential rainfall.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Killona, Reserve, Norco, Montz, Edgard, Hahnville, Laplace, River
Ridge, New Orleans Armstrong Airport, Destrehan, Taft, New Sarpy, St.
Rose, Ama, Waggaman, Garyville, and Metairie.
This includes the following Interstates...
Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 200 and 224.
Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 1 and 5.
Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 6.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
