At 334 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Brandt, or 8 miles south of Clear Lake, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Watertown, Clear Lake, Estelline, Castlewood, Goose Lake, Lake Poinsett, Hayti, Summit, Rauville, Gary, South Shore, Toronto, Waverly, Kranzburg, Goodwin, Astoria, Revillo, Stockholm, Brandt, and Hazel.
