At 741 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles north of Needmore, or 9 miles northwest of Fargo, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Fargo, Stephen Foster State Park, and Needmore.
