Description:
At 239 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Atkinson, or 12 miles west of O'Neill, moving south at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Atkinson and Emmet.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 20 between mile markers 289 and 302.
Highway 281 between mile markers 169 and 171.
