Description:
At 500 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Cloud Peak to near Powder River Pass to 10
miles southwest of Dullknife Reservoir. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail
damage to vegetation is possible.

Powder River Pass and Dullknife Reservoir around 505 PM MDT.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
