Description:
At 308 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles south of NAPI Headquarters, or 19 miles south of Farmington,
moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Farmington, Bloomfield, Kirtland, NAPI Headquarters, Upper
Fruitland, Flora Vista and Ojo Amarillo.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 550 between Mile Markers 138 and 158.
Highway 64 between Mile Markers 41 and 76.
