Description:
At 1025 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking the leading edge of winds
from strong thunderstorms along a line extending from the state line
north of Braman to 3 miles southeast of Lamont. Movement was east at
40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Newkirk, Braman, Kildare, Chilocco,
Peckham, and Blackwell Lake.
Instruction:
