Description:
At 851 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Waldron to near Mountain Fork to 8 miles west
of Hatfield to 9 miles south of Octavia to near Snow. Movement was
southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Umpire, Gillham, Athens, Plunketville, Rufe, Hochatown, Watson,
Bethel, Ringold, Mount Herman, and Sherwood.
