Description:
At 103 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles south of Cameron to near Richmond.
Movement was east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Cameron, Lawson, Lathrop, Hamilton, Polo, Kingston, Cowgill, Kidder,
Rayville, Turney, Elmira, Knoxville, and Stet.
This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 37 and
53.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
