At 123 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Bigfork, or 14 miles southeast of Evergreen, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bigfork, Woods Bay, Somers, Creston, Pinnacle, Essex, and Lakeside. This includes the following highways... Highway 2 between mile markers 171 and 180. Highway 83 between mile markers 81 and 90. Highway 93 N near mile marker 99, and between mile markers 101 and 107.
