At 222 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ronan, or 12 miles south of Polson, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Ronan, Pablo, Allentown, Round Butte, Kicking Horse, and Charlo. This includes the following highways... Highway 83 near mile marker 53. Highway 93 N between mile markers 40 and 51.
