East central Yuma County in northeastern Colorado... * Until 615 PM MDT. * At 553 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 11 miles south of Wray, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Yuma County, including the following locations... Laird, Vernon, and Beecher Island. This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 224 and 245.
