Southeastern Madison County in north central Alabama...
* Until 945 PM CDT.
* At 912 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Grant, or 11 miles north of Guntersville, moving
east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Marshall, southwestern Jackson and southeastern
Madison Counties, including the following locations... Langston and
Columbus City.
