* WHERE...Central Highlands, Eastern Lincoln County, Upper Tularosa
Valley, Guadalupe County, Eastern San Miguel County, Harding
County, Union County, and Chaves County Plains.
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust may reduce visibility below 3
miles at times in the Roswell area, impacting travel on the
Roswell Relief Route.
