inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Wind River Mountains East.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon MDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, including over South Pass.
The maximum impacts are expected later Monday night.
